Aaron N. Einhorn

Mr. Einhorn is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and International Practice Groups. He assists clients with a wide range of business matters, including entity formation and compliance, and advises clients on acquiring, disposing, and managing assets. Mr. Einhorn has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including complex asset purchase agreements and operating agreements, and in drafting private and public company corporate documents. Mr. Einhorn also assists the firm’s International practice.
Prior to joining Messner & Reeves, Mr. Einhorn clerked for the Honorable David Furman in the Colorado Court of Appeals. While clerking in the Colorado Court of Appeals, Mr. Einhorn was exposed to and analyzed a wide range of complex commercial and business matters.
