Alexander R. Ross

Mr. Ross is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups. He has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including complex asset purchase, stock purchase, and other transactional and private and public company corporate documents.

Mr. Ross assists clients with the drafting and negotiating of commercial leasing documents, as well as other real estate documents. He assists with issues related to corporate governance rules, public company securities compliance, mergers & acquisitions, trademark law, and securities law. He has also assisted start-up technology and other small business clients with entity formation and issues related to intellectual property protection.
