She has over 12 years of experience in contracts, purchase and sale, closings, leasing and sale-leasebacks, title curation, site due diligence, easements, licenses, covenants and the formation and operation of common interest communities.

As a LEED® accredited professional, Ms. O'Donnell joins a handful of Colorado attorneys with this distinction. Ms. O'Donnell's uses her knowledge of green building to assist clients through development, construction, sales and leasing.

Ms. O’Donnell is a Board member for the Colorado Enterprise Fund, a non-profit lender assisting small businesses that may not be able to obtain conventional financing for this business.

Ms. O'Donnell is also on the Board of Directors for the Miracle Fund, a non-profit organization supporting Guatemalan Kekchi Indians and other disenfranchised indigenous populations around the globe.
