Amy L. O’Donnell
Ms. O'Donnell's practice focuses on accomplishing her clients' objectives in addition to protecting their legal rights. She works to understand the unique requirements of each project or transaction, efficiently assisting her clients from acquisition and sale, development, green building, finance, management, and the leasing of commercial and office space.
Ms. O'Donnell has over 12 years of experience in contracts, purchase and sale, closings, leasing and sale-leasebacks, title curation, site due diligence, easements, licenses, covenants and the formation and operation of common interest communities.
As a LEED® accredited professional, Ms. O'Donnell joins a handful of Colorado attorneys with this distinction. Ms. O'Donnell's uses her knowledge of green building to assist clients through development, construction, sales and leasing.
