Bryant “Corky” Messner

Mr. Messner is a founding partner and chief executive officer of Messner & Reeves in Denver, Colorado. He has developed a dual practice in real estate and private equity transactions as part of his general business transactions practice and is head of the firm.  Mr. Messner’s practice focuses on transactions of all sizes, including the private placement of debt and equity securities, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing, complex real estate transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate counseling.

A West Point graduate, Mr. Messner served as an Infantry Company Commander prior to leaving the Army to attend the University of Denver College of Law.
