As a member of both the firm's Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups, Mr. Barnett advises clients on a wide range of matters. As a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, he represents corporate and individual clients in matters relating primarily to construction defect as well as mechanic’s lien foreclosure. His real estate practice includes purchases and sales of residential and commercial property, due diligence, boundary disputes, commercial leasing, as well as land use and zoning matters.

Mr. Barnett has combined his litigation and transactional experience to encompass liquor license representation. His liquor license practice includes the acquisition, modification and transfer of liquor licenses in Colorado.
