Danielle T. Felder

Ms. Felder is an associate in the firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Groups. She has experience drafting a wide-variety of employment documents including employment contracts, handbooks, confidentiality agreements and retention policies. Ms. Felder also assists clients with employment and labor issues that escalate to litigation. Additionally, she handles an assortment of employment and labor compliance matters for state and federal administrative agencies including the National Labor Relations Act, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, American Disabilities Act and Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
