David B. Gottlieb

Mr. Gottlieb is a partner in Messner & Reeves, LLC's Corporate and Real Estate Groups. His practice includes the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds and entrepreneurs in a broad range of transactions including: securities offerings; acquisitions; equity financings; buy-out transactions; senior and subordinated debt financings; restructurings; general corporate matters; and the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial and residential real estate.
