David F. J. Dye

As an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, Mr. Dye provides clear navigation to clients in the ever-expanding world of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales and leases of commercial and residential properties.  Additionally, he brings a wealth of commercial development knowledge and experience to the table, having drafted and negotiated numerous construction license agreements, PUD and development agreements, easements, management and cost-sharing agreements, and condominium unit purchase agreements.

Mr. Dye is also well versed in hospitality law, the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA), the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (ILSFDA), resort liquor licensing, and real property valuations and tax appeals.
