David W. Feeder II

As a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups, Mr. Feeder focuses mainly on commercial disputes and business litigation. He has represented individuals and businesses in lawsuits in state and federal courts in Colorado and throughout the country.
Mr. Feeder has both defended and prosecuted lawsuits and arbitrations in a wide range of areas, including the following: breach of contract and other commercial disputes; partnerships; breach of fiduciary duty; unfair competition; trade secrets and non-compete agreements; employment-related disputes; banking and credit-related disputes; products liability; and real estate issues. He also assists clients in resolving disputes through mediation and negotiated settlements where appropriate.
