Denise Clem

As a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Clem's practice focuses on real estate law. She advises clients on a broad range of issues including:  general business and real estate transactions, due diligence, and commercial leasing.

Denise also has over 11 years of experience counseling clients on various labor and employment law issues, including strikes, plant closings, NLRB claims, personnel policies, employee discharge and discipline matters, discrimination and wrongful termination proceedings, wage and hour claims, and reductions in force. She also has experience responding to Equal Employment Opportunity complaints and participating in the investigative process.
