James R. Everson

As a member of the Commercial Litigation Group, Mr. Everson is involved in many areas of corporate and individual disputes. In 30 years of litigation he has been involved in securities litigation, anti-trust litigation, commercial litigation for commercial and individual clients, commercial disputes for financial institutions, real estate disputes, and has been retained by insurance companies to represent clients in litigation involving construction defects, products liability, professional liability, property damage, bodily injury and coverage disputes. Products liability actions have included defense of oil country tubular goods, pharmaceutical products, asbestos containing building and automotive products, and building materials and equipment.
As a member of the Labor & Employment Group, Mr. Everson provides employer clients with litigation and counseling services in discrimination claims, worker’s compensation claims, and other employment-related and insurance issues. He has also participated in ERISA litigation.
