Jason T. Largey

As a member of the Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Largey represents individuals and companies in a range of legal matters from civil litigation, professional liability and health care in the Denver area. He has assisted physicians and other licensed professionals in peer review credentialing and licensing matters, as well as medical malpractice claims. Mr. Largey's other legal focus is Estate Planning. He assists clients with a comprehensive range of estate law services including customized will and trust drafting, long-term care provisions, health care powers of attorney, estate administration and probate. Mr. Largey enjoys helping clients craft estate plans to minimize tax burdens and to avoid lengthy probate proceedings and will contests. Mr. Largey served as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney for the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. He has tried over 30 trials by Courts-Martial. Having the opportunity to prosecute and defend clients, he learned to see both sides of a case, which has helped him find ideal resolutions for his clients. Upon separation from the Air Force JAG Corps, Mr. Largey joined the Office of the Colorado Attorney General. As part of the Attorney General’s Medical Unit, he represented the Colorado State Board of Medical Examiners in enforcing the Medical Practice Act against physicians and physician assistants.
