Kimberley P. Cronin

As part of the Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Cronin’s practice focuses primarily on commercial disputes. Ms. Cronin represents corporate clients in all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout Colorado, Massachusetts and other states.
As part of her practice Ms. Cronin advises national, international and regional clients on a broad range of issues including: general business transactions, employment issues, and a variety of commercial disputes. A large portion of Ms. Cronin’s practice includes advising stock brokers and financial advisors in transition within the financial services industry.
Ms. Cronin has extensive experience in jury trials, mediations, arbitrations appeals and government investigations. Prior to joining Messner & Reeves, LLC, Ms. Cronin was an associate in the Denver office of Faegre & Benson LLP and practiced in the Business and Civil Litigation Groups.
