Kimberley P. Cronin
As part of her Corporate and Labor & Employment practices Ms. Cronin advises national, international and regional clients on a broad range of Corporate issues including: general business transactions, employment issues, and a variety of other corporate matters. A large portion of Ms. Cronin’s practice includes working with financial advisors in transition within the financial services industry.
As part of the Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Cronin’s practice focuses primarily on commercial disputes. Ms. Cronin represents corporate clients in all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout Colorado, Massachusetts and other states.
Ms. Cronin has extensive experience in jury trials, mediations, arbitrations, appeals and government investigations. Prior to joining Messner & Reeves, LLC, Ms. Cronin was an associate in the Denver office of Faegre & Benson LLP and practiced in the Business and Civil Litigation Groups.
