Leah E. Capritta

Leah E. Capritta joined Messner & Reeves’ commercial litigation department in March 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Capritta was an associate at firms both in Denver and Omaha where she represented large, institutional clients in complex commercial litigation involving securities, satellite signal integrity, lending practices, antitrust and telecommunications.
As part of her commercial litigation practice, Leah assists employers at all stages of employment disputes, including guiding the investigative process, responding to official charges from state and federal agencies, and, when necessary, defending employers against all variety of employee lawsuits.
