Leanna Ajour Young
Ms. Young is an associate focusing on a broad transactional practice in the Corporate, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. Ms. Young focuses her corporate practice on business legal matters across the spectrum including, advising emerging and start-up companies on choice of entity, drafting sole proprietorship and complex operating agreements, assisting public and private businesses with Securities and Exchange Commission filings and compliance with blue sky securities laws and active international mergers and acquistions transactions. Ms. Young’s corporate work also involves the support of clients on a broad range of business-related legal issues, including promissory note, vendor, and consulting contract drafting and negotiation.
Ms. Young’s Intellectual Property practice includes domain name procurement, trademark filings and appeals with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, copyright and trademark advising, protection against infringement and dilution, and licensing agreement creation and revision. Ms. Young’s Real Estate practice involves title and survey review, as well as residential deed and commercial lease drafting and negotiation.
