Matt Groves took a position as a partner in Messner & Reeves' trial and litigation group in 2006, after having held a position as a shareholder in another established Denver trial firm.

Here in Colorado, Matt has tried complex cases in most of the Colorado state district courts along the Front Range, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Matt started Messner & Reeves' China Practice Group, the activities of which include negotiation and structuring of private equity deals, negotiation and implementation of factoring agreements, and assisting Chinese companies with litigation against U.S. account debtors (and vice versa).
