Michelle L. Harden

As part of our Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Harden represents individuals and businesses.  A large portion of Ms. Harden's practice includes representation of physicians, nurses, other health care professionals and health care entities in litigation, including but not limited to defending malpractice actions. 

She also represents large companies in litigation and at trial.  She represents clients in the courtroom, in administrative forums and through alternative dispute resolution.  Her practice includes representation of health care providers before their licensing boards, including the Board of Medical Examiners, the Board of Nursing and other credentialing entities. 

Ms. Harden is also involved in review and development of risk management programs. 

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Harden worked for several years as a practical nurse and later as a nurse-paralegal in complex health litigation.  This background allows her to bring a unique perspective and expertise to her practice.
