NEW FORM I-9

Does your business have any employees?

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued a new Form 1-9   
     

Please be aware that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued a new Form I-9.  Employers must begin using the new Form I-9 no later than May 8, 2013.  Key revisions include:

•     Adding data fields, including the employee's foreign passport information (if applicable) and telephone and e-mail address.
•     Improving the Form's instructions.
•     Revising the Form's layout and expanding the Form from one to two pages (not including instructions and the List of Acceptable Documents).

Messner & Reeves is proud to announce that Robert B. Hinckley, Jr. has become an equity partner at the firm.  Mr. Hinckley now joins founder Bryant S.
