Steven N. Levine

Steve represents private and public companies, private equity and venture capital funds, investment advisors, sponsors and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings (public and private), debt and equity financings and corporate restructurings.

Steve serves as outside general counsel to several start-up and middle market clients providing ongoing legal advice to company management and boards of directors.  Steve also has acquired significant experience representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies in matters relating to acquisitions, financings, mergers, recapitalizations and public offerings.

Prior to joining Messner & Reeves, Steve was an attorney in the Denver office of a multi-national law firm and practiced in the securities and corporate groups.
