Tanya E. Milligan

Ms. Milligan is a labor and employment litigator. She represents employers in actions, including sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and retaliation. In addition, she has represented employers in binding arbitrations, in state and federal actions, and in mediation and settlement negotiations.

Ms. Milligan also has broad experience in employment counseling, including wage and hour classifications, FMLA application, harassment and discrimination investigations, termination procedures, required postings, vacation, sick and jury pay, background checks, and wage deductions.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Milligan served as a judicial law clerk for Hon. Daniel M. Taubman of the Colorado Court of Appeals and Hon. Gregory S. Anderson of the seventh Judicial District in the State of Idaho.

Ms. Milligan is admitted to practice in Colorado and Idaho.
