Thomas R. Blackburn

Mr. Blackburn is an associate in the firm's Corporate Practice Group. His practice includes advising businesses and entrepreneurs in business formation, planning, operations, and compliance. With a strong background in business and past experience serving as an intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mr. Blackburn also lends his expertise to assist in all matters related to securities filings and offerings.
In addition to the Corporate Practice Group, Mr. Blackburn also assists the firm's Commercial Litigation and Real Estate practice groups.
