Todd H. Fleckenstein

Mr. Fleckenstein has represented a variety of clients in all phases of complex civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout Colorado. As a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Fleckenstein's practice includes representation of clients in the area of civil litigation, specializing in construction-related disputes.

Mr. Fleckenstein has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in construction-related disputes throughout Colorado. Mr. Fleckenstein's experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants allows him to effectively grasp the problems faced by our construction clients, and persuasively communicate with a jury or judge.
