Valerie D. Bromley

As a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Bromley's practice focuses primarily on real estate matters including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale contracts, licenses, easements, leases; due diligence; title examination; construction contracts; financing; land use and zoning matters, and all aspects of development.  Her clients are located in Colorado as well as the northeast region of the United States.

Prior to joining Messner & Reeves, Ms. Bromley acted as general counsel to several metropolitan districts on large development projects in the State of Colorado.  Ms. Bromley’s role included assisting in negotiating annexation agreements, entitlement agreements, revenue sharing agreements with cities and counties, negotiating agreements with CDOT and RTD regarding construction and financing for interchanges and light rail lines and drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents related to public financing for new development and redevelopment projects.

Ms. Bromley is also a LEED® accredited professional.
