Valerie D. Bromley

As a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Bromley's practice focuses primarily on real estate matters including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale contracts, deeds, licenses, easements, leases, subleases and ground leases; due diligence; title examination and review of title insurance; construction contracts; financing; land use and zoning matters; conservation easements; and all aspects of development.

Prior to joining Messner & Reeves, Ms. Bromley acted as general counsel to several metropolitan districts on large development projects in the State of Colorado.  Ms. Bromley’s role included assisting in negotiating annexation agreements, entitlement agreements and revenue sharing agreements with cities and counties, negotiating agreements with CDOT and RTD regarding construction and financing for interchanges and light rail lines, drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents related to public financing for new development and redevelopment projects and working with developer’s counsel to ensure that through all stages of development the project remained in compliance with the terms of all financing and entitlement documents.
