Aaron S. Motschenbacher
Aaron Motschenbacher is a Nevada and California civil litigator having direct, practical experience advising and defending numerous entities and individuals involved in the hospitality and services industries, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets, department stores, and others. In addition, Mr. Motschenbacher has advised and provided defense for contractors and subcontractors in construction defect related matters and has defended and represented professionals in a variety of industries (e.g., real estate appraisers, special inspectors, and others).
Having adjusted commercial general liability and auto claims for larger insurance carriers (e.g., Zurich NA) and a third-party administrator (i.e., Gallagher Bassett Services) prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Motschenbacher scrupulously attends to detail in representing clients so as to ensure timely and accurate reporting and effective representation during all stages of litigation.
Mr. Motschenbacher was raised in Fremont, California, just outside of San Jose, and graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations. In 2009, Mr. Motschenbacher received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Motschenbacher was an Associate for the Santa Clara Journal of International Law and was the recipient of an International Law Certificate. Furthermore, Mr. Motschenbacher worked for a Tokyo, Japan-based firm handling international trade/contract related matters as well as a firm dedicated to representing clients facilitating international trade between China and the United States (including the handling of non-immigrant business visa applications, petitions, and AAO appeals).
Mr. Motschenbacher is an active member of both the Nevada and California State Bars and is admitted to practice in all Nevada Courts (State and Federal) as well as all California State Courts.
