Benjamin S. Lowenthal
Ben is an associate in the litigation practice group and represents clients in all phases of complex civil litigation and business transactions. In addition, Ben has experience in environmental and energy regulatory and compliance matters, as well as environmental litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ben was an associate at Harrington Ocko & Monk LLP, and served as the Graduate Fellow within the Center for Environmental Legal Studies at Pace University School of Law where he received a Master of Laws in Environmental Law.
Ben received his law degree from Pace University School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review. While in law school, Ben worked as a law clerk in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Office of the Solicitor, U.S. Department of the Interior, as well as time in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, S.D.N.Y.
Ben was selected to the Super Lawyer 2016 New York Metro Rising Stars List.
