Bradley G. Grumbley
Bradley G. Grumbley is a member of the Messner Reeves litigation group. Before joining Messner, Brad worked for an international Am Law 100 firm where he gained experience litigating on behalf of numerous Fortune 500 companies, including: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, State Farm Insurance, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Allstate, and others. He also served as the Managing Director for a non-profit litigation firm founded to increase access to the justice system. Brad is experienced in all phases of civil litigation with particular focus on property damage matters and Labor & Employment disputes.
Brad earned his law degree cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, he participated as a member of the San Diego International Law Journal, the USD National Mock Trial Team, earned the CALI Award in Remedies, served as a Teaching Assistant for a first-year Contracts class, interned for the United States Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, and externed for the Honorable Janis L. Sammartino of the United States District Court, Southern District of California. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
Brad is admitted to practice law in California, Nevada, and Florida. In addition to zealously advocating for his clients, Brad is a licensed private pilot, avid motorcycle enthusiast, and proud father.
