Brenna Lee Wolcott
Ms. Wolcott is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on general civil litigation, labor and employment, insurance, and commercial litigation.
While in law school, Ms. Wolcott worked as a law clerk in the firm’s Denver office. During this time, she handled a variety of labor and employment issues concerning the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Title VII. Ms. Wolcott drafted an assortment of documents including appellate briefs, pleadings, and motions to dismiss for these matters.
During her tenure at the University of Colorado School of Law, Ms. Wolcott served as the Articles Editor for the Colorado Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Review journal.
Ms. Wolcott enjoys traveling and has lived in many places across the globe including Moscow, Russia, Paris, France, and McCarthy, Alaska. Even after living in all of these places, Colorado is still her favorite.
