Christopher G. Boscia

A former prosecutor, Chris tries civil and criminal cases across California, including Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Santa Cruz County Superior Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He represents "white-collar" executives, doctors, and other licensed professionals accused of crimes. Individual and corporate victims of crime seek Chris out for assistance to navigate the criminal justice system and secure restitution for their losses. Chris helps immigrants avoid deportation by seeking post-conviction relief in state court.

Chris has tried a wide variety of criminal and civil cases to verdict. He recently sought the return of unconstitutional regulatory fees on behalf of a highly-regulated company in a lengthy state civil trial. He represented the interests of a homeowner in a federal jury trial against a national bank. While working as a Deputy District Attorney, Chris coordinated witnesses from around the world and successfully prosecuted a senior lieutenant in a drug cartel over the course of four months.

Chris' advocacy goes beyond the courtroom. He has drafted California legislation signed into law by Democrat and Republican governors. His outstanding legislative work was recognized twice by the San Jose Mercury News.
