Paige Foley

Paige Foley obtained her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2018 and worked as a law clerk at Messner Reeves during the summer of 2017. During her time at Messner, Paige gained valuable insight into insurance defense and construction defect litigation and looks forward to joining the Litigation Practice Group as an associate pending bar results in October.

While in law school, Paige gained practical experience in both litigation and transactions. Paige was a student attorney in the inaugural year of the Investor Protection Clinic where she worked on complex security law cases representing members of the community in FINRA proceedings. This work included handling client in-take and interviews, claim evaluations and preparations, settlement negotiations, and more. In summer 2016, Paige interned with Judge Miley in the Eighth Judicial District Court where she gained valuable insight into the court process and honed her writing skills to become a better advocate. Paige was also a member of the Partners in Pro Bono Program from 2016-2018 in which she assisted local attorneys in providing free legal assistance to the community. Additionally, Paige was a board member on her school’s moot court team and was responsible for planning, organizing, and hosting the Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Competition in March 2018, including developing and writing the competition problem and record. As a member of the traveling moot court team, she also competed in multiple moot court competitions around the country.

Prior to law school, Paige graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She also worked as a law clerk for small law firms in the Las Vegas area where she gained hands-on experience in a multitude of civil cases
