Clement J. Hayes
Mr. Hayes is a registered patent attorney and part of the firm’s Corporate, Taxation, and Intellectual Property Groups. This combination allows Mr. Hayes to provide a wide array of assistance to business small, large, new and old. Mr. Hayes places a special emphasis on combining these areas of law to explore innovative yet realistic solutions for his clients.
Mr. Hayes is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law. During his time at St. Mary’s he served as the Editor in Chief of the St. Mary’s Law Journal on Legal Malpractice and Ethics and was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Edward C. Prado of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Outside of the office, Mr. Hayes and his wife Audrey recently became parents to their baby girl. The Hayes family are Colorado natives and enjoy taking trips to the mountains to hike with their French Bulldog, Tuesday and Boxer, Sebastian.
