Daniel E. Rosenberg
Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Dan is a seasoned trial attorney, having conducted more than 70 trials and prosecuted hundreds of felonies, including high profile cases. After graduation from the University of Colorado School of Law, Dan clerked for the Honorable Morris Hoffman in Denver District Court and Steve Bernard of the Colorado Court of Appeals. After his clerkships, Dan became a Deputy District Attorney. He spent nine years as a District Attorney in both the 2nd and 18th Judicial Districts. His final assignment with the Denver District Attorney’s Office was prosecuting domestic violence and crimes against children in the Family Violence Unit.
Dan attended Manual High School in Denver, before getting his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Georgia, and returned to Colorado for law school. His wife is also an attorney and together they have two daughters.
