Elizabeth S. Wylie
Elizabeth is a trial attorney who specializes in business litigation. Elizabeth’s practice encompasses a broad array of business disputes, and she has handled breach of contract disputes across many industries, including health care, construction, real estate, and manufacturing. Elizabeth has expertise in employment litigation and business torts, with particular emphasis on the enforcement of non-competition agreements and the protection of trade secrets in Colorado and other states. She has also defended race, gender, disability, and age discrimination lawsuits and litigation alleging retaliatory discharge, wrongful termination in violation of a worker’s right to engage in political activity, and sexual harassment.
Elizabeth’s advises clients on employment contracts, response to workplace complaints, and the conduct of workplace investigations. She has conducted workplace investigations and provided investigations training for compliance teams and human resource departments of large companies.
Before joining Messner Reeves, Elizabeth worked at Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP and Baker Botts LLP.
